First Assignment By KSUM

First assignment for the fellows was to visit 3 colleges and to start IEDC. First  visited Indiragandi Polytechnic College ,Kothamangalam and received application form from them. Then visited Matha College  of Technology N.Paravoor and they agreed to start the IEDC Bootcamp. 3rd college was Muthoot Institute of Technology and Science(MITS) they also agreed to start IEDC Bootcamp and got the form.

One day @Fab lab Kochi

Visited  fabLab Kochi on 17th march. Athif and Yathukrishnan was there. Athif explained working of many machines and we tried vinyl printing

Two day Training at KSUM

Had a 2 day training program at KSUM office Trivandum on February  11th and 12th. All 15 fellows of 2015batch was joined there. Had a talk with P.H Kurian sir ,  Asharef S after each session there was an icebreaking session with Sijo Kuruvila Geeorge.  On march 12 th we had a design workshop. That was a unique experience. The workshop was led by Srishti labs. Girish Prabhu was the session handler.

I’m glad to inform you that I’ve been selected as one of the fellows of Kerala Startup Mission for the year 2016

Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) formerly known as ‘Technopark Technology Business Incubator’ , is India's first and successful Non Academic Business Incubator, hosted and housed inside Asia's Largest IT Park Technopark. Technopark Technology Business Incubator (T-TBI), a joint association of Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram and the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, to help the technology business start-ups, started operation during 2007. 

Kerala Startup Mission have been actively initiating various programmes for developing the student entrepreneurship in the state. Government of Kerala declared the start up policy with an aim to accelerate the growth of student entrepreneurs. KSUM being the nodal agency for implementing the Startup policy have come up with various schemes for the effective implementation of the policy. The schemes covers a broad area from schools, colleges and to young entrepreneurs.

I'm Helen Monai a women entreprenuer,Co-founder of TephraNova Technologies. I belong to Ernakulam. I did my B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Christ Knowledge City College Muvattupuzha.
