About the event
We are planning to conduct an interactive session
on Corporate
culture,
Code of conduct and Ethics of Startup Entrepreneurs in association with Christ
Knowledge city boot camp. It is a well-structured event for entrepreneurs ,student
entrepreneurship aspirants and boot camp
students. I have done a preliminary discussion with Dr.K C Chandrasekharan Nair, Ex-CFO
,Technopark
and Mr.Jose Prakash ,corporate trainer and
mentor. I request you to consider this as my first event as a fellow of
KSUM.
Please find the below mentioned definitions to get an idea about the
core event.
Corporate
culture, Code of conduct and Ethics three basic things in business.
Corporate
culture refers to the beliefs
and behaviours that determine how a company's employees and management interact
and handle outside business transactions. Often, corporate culture is
implied, not expressly defined, and develops organically over time from the
cumulative traits of the people the company hires.
Increasingly,
it seems to be a common thread that holds together some of the most successful
companies. It has become key to innovation and creativity, the war for talent
and the quest for competitive advantage in modern business.
A code of conduct is a set of
rules outlining the social norms and rules and responsibilities of, or proper
practices for, an individual, party or organization. Related concepts include
ethical, honour, moral codes and religious laws.
Ethics, are
a set of rules that tend to be adopted and upheld by a group of people. This
could include medical ethics, journalism and advertising ethics and educational
ethics
